*** This is Production work in a warehouse, no air conditioning and involves moderate lifting***

You will have a Production Log that is turned in at the end of every day, so NO SLACKERS!

You will be Cleaning, Scraping, Sanding Printing frames which have ink, tape and glue residue.

Using air powered stretching tables to stretch mesh and glue to frames, this is not physical hard work but it is about precision. Too much pressure mesh breaks, too much glue and you have a mess, too little glue and the mesh comes off. Either of these happen and you have a Bad frame and must start over.

We offer a cool place to work but are Strictly Results orientated management and understand everyone makes mistakes during training, as that is part of the learning process. However after training we expect a steady production rate to be achieved in whatever task is undertook. And at NO time is laziness or BS excuses tolerated. This is about results, what one actually achieved not what one meant to or thought they would achieve.

This is for a mature hard worker, If you are the “Do just enough to get by” or need constant monitoring to stay productive, you won’t last long. We don’t run a daycare, so we don’t believe in numerous warnings for the same infractions.

I cat’t stress this enough, we are a small but fast growing company. There is no where to hide and text or be lazy, everywhere you go is visible. You will be part of small team and your team members won’t tolerate you being lazy, while they try to build a great company together. I don’t want to sound mean but sad truth is people read this ad and think we are joking and don’t last 3 days.

Compensation:

$8.00 — $12.00 CASH, depending on experience

Paid every Friday

Evaluated for a raise after 90 days.

Hours of work

Monday-Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Working Conditions

1. This position is in warehouse and manufacturing floor

2. The work involves standing for extended periods.

3. Climate temperatures will vary with the seasons.

4. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
